PearlMD Rejuvenation Shipping & Delivery Policies and Disclaimers
We offer free shipping on purchases over $500.00 CAD or more within Canada. The cost for shipping of orders less than $500.00 CAD or outside of Canada will be carrier-calculated and available for you to confirm before checkout. Order handling time is 2-5 business days after having been received. Shipping time varies based on the shipping destination. All orders are shipped via courier or Canada Post and an email with a tracking number will be sent once the order has been shipped.
Depending on your shipping address, you may be subject to duties and taxes that are levied once your order reaches your country. If incurred, these charges must be paid by you outside of any other payment made to PearlMD Rejuvenation, before your package will clear customs. PearlMD Rejuvenation has no control over the imposition of these duties and taxes and you, as a customer, are responsible for paying them to receive your package.
Returns & Replacements
At PearlMD Rejuvenation your satisfaction is very important to us. If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase please contact us and we will be happy to help.
To be considered for a product return or exchange/replacement, please review the information below:
- Your products must be purchased online at https://pearlrejuvenation.com/products/ or from our Instagram shop.
- Products must be returned to PearlMDRejuvenation within 30 days of the initial order date.
- After 30 days of the initial order, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept product returns.
- Product specified as non-returnable, customized to your needs, marked as not for resale, or given complimentary cannot be returned.
- Prior to initiating a return, please contact us by email or phone so that we can authorize the return.
- Once your request is approved, we will either exchange your product for you for a product of lesser or equal value, or provide you with a store-credit to be used at any time towards a subsequent product purchase. No refunds are provided for online or in-store purchases.
- The store credit is a monetary credit note for the value of the returned products minus original shipping charges (if applicable) and a restocking fee of 15% of the value of the order. The credit can be used for future online purchases of PearlMDSkin Care Rx
Online Return Policy:
If you are not completely satisfied with your PearlMD Skin Care Rx purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the original purchase and receive an online store credit valid online only at www.pearlrejuvenation.com. We regret that we are unable to provide a store credit for your original shipping charges (if applicable).
If you decided to ship the products back to us, please note that you are responsible for return shipping charges. To process a return: email us at [email protected] or call 416-644-1112 with your order number and reason for return. Once we have confirmed your return request, please ship them back to us and include a copy of your original order confirmation email.
